Payless Car Rental is a privately held company and is part of the Avalon Global Group of companies. Founded in 1971, it was a small hometown operation in Spokane Washington. Today, through our partnership with Network Car and Truck Rental we have combined presence in over 180 locations worldwide. Payless is an international firm with a customer service focus.
